Dr Julian Todres
BSc, BDSc, MDSc
Julian founded Smileworx in 2006. Since then he has helped hundreds of children and adults to overcome orthodontic problems and achieve their perfect smile.
Julian attended the University of Stellenbosch (South Africa), where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Biochemistry. He then completed dental school, graduating with a Bachelor of Dental Science from the University of Witwatersrand. Following five years in private dental practice, Julian completed his orthodontic training at the University of Witwatersrand, where he earned a Master of Dentistry in the branch of orthodontics.
Julian is a Fellow of the College of Medicine of South Africa and a member of the Australian Society of Orthodontists. Julian’s research has been published in The American Journal of Orthodontics and he is the co-author of a textbook on radiography.
Dr Crofton Daniels
BDSc, MDSc, FRACDS,
M.Orth RCS (Edin)
Born and raised in Perth, Crofton has worked in specialist orthodontic private practice since 2007. Based in Morley, he also travels to Carine, Esperance and Geraldton.
Crofton completed both his Bachelor of Dental Science and his Masters degree in Orthodontics, at the University of Western Australia. On graduating from Orthodontics he was awarded the prestigious Elsdon Storey Research Prize for Orthodontic Research Excellence. Crofton is still associated with the University of Western Australia, as a clinical tutor to postgraduate students. He’s an active member of the Australian Society of Orthodontists, having held numerous positions, including Federal Councillor.
Crofton stays up-to-date with the latest advancements in orthodontics, attending conferences both at home and overseas. He is the proud father of three children, loves the outdoors and is passionate about boating, fishing, rugby and cricket.
